We are located at the Oceanfront end of Avenue U, right on the beach and the Prom. 

Avenue U is at the stop light on the south end of Seaside on Hwy 101.

Seaside is a popular tourist destination. Travelers from  all over the world come for the fabulous ocean views, long sandy beaches, wonderful outdoor activities, and to attend events and festivals throughout the year.

There is an annual volleyball tournament held every August that draws thousands of competitors and participants. Seaside is the destination for the Hood to Coast relay race and Portland-to-Coast relay walk, which also take place in August. Every fall, the Seaside Three-Course Challenge, a cross country race, is held at Fort Rilea, just north of Seaside.

With the Inn at the Shore, you have the best of both worlds. Participate in all the fun and activities centrally located, and then come back to the quiet end of the Prom (a 10 min. walk or a 2 minute drive) to spend a peacefull night at the Inn.
